FACILITYSomerset Hills YMCA has a six-lane 25-yard pool with a Colorado Timing System.

ELIGIBILITY:  YMCA Swimmers must meet the qualifying times listed below.

ENTRY FEES:  An entry fee of $7.00 for Saturday’s Events (#1-4) and $3.00 for Sunday’s events will be charged. 

MEET FORMAT:  All distance events are open seeding according to times. All events will be swum as timed finals and in slowest to fastest order.  Somerset Hills YMCA reserves the right to revise the sessions and order of events based upon the entries submitted.  Swimmers in the 500  must provide their own timers and persons to operate counters.  Failure to do so will result in disqualification.  Warm-up lane and timing assignments will be based upon entries and will be distributed to each team in advance of the meet.

ADMISSIONS:  Saturday session free.  Sunday Sessions:  $2.00 per session (fee includes Psych Sheet).

REFRESHMENTS:  Somerset Hills will provide a varied menu of hot and cold refreshments throughout the competition.

OFFICIALS:  Participating clubs are requested to provide as many certified officials as possible.  Space is provided on the entry form for names and telephone numbers of officials.  They will be contacted prior to the meet to confirm their availability.

HOSPITALITY:  A hospitality room will be maintained for coaches and officials.

CONDUCT:  Proper conduct at all times will be enforced by coaches, parents, marshals, and meet directors.  Any swimmer found in restricted areas will be banned from the remainder of the meet.

TIMERS:  Participating clubs are requested to provide volunteer timers with watches.  Space is provided on the entry form for names and telephone numbers of timers and their reference of sessions.   In the event not enough timers have volunteered, the Meet Director may require participating clubs to provide timers based on number of athletes entered.  Swimmers in the 500 must provide their own timers and persons to operate counters.  Failure to do so will result in disqualification.


DIRECTIONS
From the North:  Take Route 287 south to Mt. Airy Road exit.  Turn right onto Mt. Airy Road.  Proceed ˝ miles.  The “Y” is on the right. 

From the South:  Take Route 287 north to Mt Airy Road exit (second exit “Bernardsville”).  Proceed ˝ miles.  The “Y” is on the right
