FACILITY:
12-lane, 25-yard pool with
Colorado Timing System.
The host team reserves the right to use the
appropriate amount of lanes to keep the timeline to approx. 3 hours. (no more then 10 lanes)
Swimmers will be marshaled on the pool deck.
ELIGIBILITY: All swimmers must be current members of a YMCA swim team.
Age as of December 1, 2004.
ENTRIES: Swimmers may swim in (3) three individual events and (2) two relays. Teams may enter as many relays as they have swimmers.
AWARDS:
Medals will be given for the top (8) eight in each individual and relay
events. Ribbons will be given for
9th through 16th place in both individual and relay
events. Coaches may pick up their
team’s awards at the end of the meet.
CHECK-IN:
The meet is going to be deck
seeded. Team check-in/scratch
sheets will be available at the check-in table. Sheets should be turned in to meet
director by 8:35 AM for girls and 1:05 for boys (40 minutes before start of
meet). Swimmers without a coach
should report to check-in table when they arrive. Swimmers failing to check-in will be
scratched prior to seeding.
Swimmers scratched due to failure to check-in will be allowed to swim at
the discretion of the meet director and only if there is space in an
already-scheduled heat of the event.
ENTRY FEES:
$3.50 per individual event and $14.00 per relay.
TIMERS: Lane timers will be requested from participating teams. Please list a contact person on the RE-CAP form.
ADMISSION: Adults and children over 12 $3.00
Programs (will include psyche sheet only) $4.00
SPECTATORS: All parents and spectators are to sit on the upstairs bleachers. Swimmers and coaches on the pool deck only.
RESULTS: Will be mailed to all teams attending. Official results will be posted.
DIRECTIONS: FROM THE NORTH: Take Garden State Parkway Exit 88
to Route 70 West. Take Route 70 West to New Hampshire Avenue South. (To make
left turn you must use jug handle to right). Continue 2 ½ miles on New
Hampshire. Make right turn at traffic light onto West Whitty Road (just before
the Garden State Parkway Overpass). The "Y" will be on the right just past the
cemetery.
FROM THE
SOUTH: Take Garden State Parkway Exit 83
(You will be on Route 9 North). Continue North, West Whitty Road will be the
second traffic light. Turn right onto West Whitty Road and the "Y" will be a
quarter mile further on the left.
FROM THE
EAST: Take Route 37 West to Route 166
North. At the Garden State Parkway Overpass, Route 166 will change to Route 9.
Continue North, West Whitty Road will be the second traffic light. Turn right
onto West Whitty Road and the "Y" will be a quarter mile further on the left.
FROM THE
WEST: Take Route 70 East to Route 571
East.(Right Turn onto Route 571). At the Route 9 intersection make left turn to
Route 9, West Whitty Road will be the second traffic light. Turn right onto West
Whitty Road and the "Y" will be a quarter mile further on the left.
REFRESHMENTS will be available for purchase throughout meet.

Spot. will be at the meet,
selling practice suits, goggles, shampoo, etc.
Special Championship
T-Shirts will also be available for
purchase.
