Spectator seating for 300. Swimmers will be marshaled in the gym.
WARM UP: Session I –

ELIGIBILITY: Swimmers must be current members of their YMCA team.
Swimmer’s age
is determined as of
ENTRIES: Swimmers may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events and
two (2) relays. No deck entries are allowed.
ENTRY FEES: $3.00 per individual event and $12.00 per relay.
TIMERS: All teams should be prepared to provide one timer per session.
OFFICIALS: Officials will be requested from participating
teams.
FORMAT: Timed Finals.
CHECK-IN: Coaches’ check-in sheets will be provided in the coaches’ packet,
available upon arrival at the check-in table in Room 109. Swimmers
should check in with their coaches as soon as they arrive, prior to
entering the water. Check–in
sheets should be returned to the
check-in table no later than 30 minutes prior to the start
of the
meet.
AWARDS: Individual Events: Medals for 1st thru 3rd places
Ribbons for 4th thru 12th places
Relay Events: Medals for 1st thru 3rd places
Team Awards: Plaques for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
Participant Ribbons will be given to swimmers ages 12 and under.
SCORING: Individual Points: 7 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
Relay Points: 14 – 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
