We still need your help so volunteer to fry a finger (that's chicken finger!!) or serve a soda!!
Remember, if you want to go on this year's training trip you have to volunteer for at least one game!

Are You Suited Up?
It's that time of year to get "suited up". Attached is the order form for SVY "stuff". Show your team pride by wearing your SVY clothing everywhere! This is a one time a season order to get shirts, sweats, shorts, etc and get SVY'd. So don't miss this opportunity for team clothing. Team SVY 2010 - 2011 Winter Short Course Registration
Believe it or not, it's time for registration for the coming 2010 - 2011 Winter Short Course Season! With the coming season, comes fabulous changes for the 13 and over practice groups. Returning members should have already received an email outlining the practice group changes along with all the registration information and the practice group rosters. Below are all the forms and rosters for registration fot the upcoming 2010 - 2011 winter short course season.

2010 Training Trip to San Diego
Announcing the Somerset Valley Y swim team's 8th annual training trip. The trip will be to San Diego, CA from December 26th thru January 1st. The facilities are amazing and there will be access to 2 pools, an 8 lane 50 meter pool and a 6 lane 25 yard pool. There is a maximum of 36 slots available for the trip and swimmers must be in grades 9 thru 12. Somerset Patriots Days
Good News!! There are two more opportunities to help out the team at Patriots Stadium. So if you feel like you've been left out of the fun it's not too late to volunteer. Remember the more volunteers we have the smoother the night goes. Thanks to all those that volunteered at the last game. It was another "exciting" game!
Come out and volunteer, help make some money for the team and have a chicken finger or two!! You must let Sue R. know if you can help as you must be on the list of volunteers at the front gate or you will not be allowed in the park. If your swimmer plans on going on the training trip to San Diego in December 2010 you must volunteer for at least one game!!
You must be at least 15 years old to volunteer at the stadium and parents are strongly encouraged to volunteer. Please make sure when you come to the stadium you are dressed in the proper "uniform". That would be black, navy or khaki (no jeans or jean shorts!!!) shorts (no short shorts) or long pants, white shirt and closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals). If you are not dressed properly the team will lose a percentage of the money they earn for the night!!!! We particularly need beer pourers (parents) who will need to spend about 2 hours at a Centerplate training class. Last year this fundraiser made about $6,000 for the SVY team. The game dates are:
